New 5C

This morning radio mentioned, Singapore's Prime Minister has requested the youngster to have NEW 5Cs:

1 C - Condo
2 C - Car
3 C - Career
4 C - Considerate
5 C - Charity

hahaha.... what will be the new 5Cs for Malaysian youngster?
